In September 2014, Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer—at the peak of their tour supporting debut 5 Seconds of Summer (2014)—performed on the daytime stage at iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena. Their set became a standout moment among acts like Ariana Grande and One Direction before thousands under Vegas sun. Captured professionally, the performance caught the band at full strength: Luke Hemmings and Michael Clifford's guitar riffs backed Calum Hood's bass and Ashton Irwin's drums, while Hemmings' vocals added teen charm. This gig—a vivid early career highlight—where pop-punk energy and hits ignited the crowd
