Black Sabbath — Live Concert at Hammersmith Apollo, London, England, 1994

In April 1994, Black Sabbath—with Tony Martin on vocals following Ronnie James Dio's departure and Tony Iommi's return to roots post-Dehumanizer—performed at London's Hammersmith Apollo, a venue opened in 1932 as a cinema and a rock bastion of the 80s and 90s, where their set formed the basis for the official VHS Cross Purposes Live. The 90-minute show, captured in professional quality embodied the tour supporting Cross Purposes (1994), where Iommi's riffs merged with Bobby Rondinelli's drum power and Geoff Nicholls' keys to spark euphoria before a sold-out crowd. As one of Martin's last with the band before his 1997 exit, this performance underscored their veteran status, turning Apollo into a realm of collective triumph.
