In 2024, during the Multiply Tour supporting the album that extended his "mathematical" saga with over 5 million copies sold in initial weeks, British pop singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran—whose acoustic performances fuse folk-rock with indie elements and lyrics on love and vulnerability—delivered an intimate concert at 3Arena in Dublin, a 13,000-capacity venue where his loop pedal and sparse band evoked a solo illusion. The two-hour set, blending emotive ballads with upbeat anthems, reflected Sheeran's maturity as an artist turning an arena into a space of genuine dialogue, where personal narratives scaled to festival grandeur. Recorded for Multiply Live, this performance underscored his progression from street performer to global phenomenon, forging audience bonds through improvisations and the warm Irish vibe.
