In December 2018, at the height of promotion for ÷ (Divide), which surpassed 14 million sales and marked Ed Sheeran's shift from folk-acoustics to orchestrated pop-rock with soul inflections, the British singer delivered an exclusive concert for Heart Live, Capital FM's intimate series at Under The Bridge in Fulham, London, where his loop pedal and guitar evoked a solo illusion before a small crowd. The half-hour set, brimming with emotive ballads and festival anthems, reflected Sheeran's maturity as a minimalism master, infusing personal love narratives with chamber warmth and underscoring his global icon role in turning a club into a space of genuine dialogue.
