In July 2025, Swiss rock band Ellis Mano Band—formed in Zurich in 2019 and honing energetic indie rock with garage punk edges on the breakthrough album Morph, featuring hits like "Scars"—performed at Stars In Town, an annual festival launched in 2015 in Schaffhausen as a showcase for local talent emphasizing live vitality under open skies. Their hour-long set, brimming with raw riffs and vocalist Ellis Mano's emotive delivery, capped the Morph Tour, where garage drive merged with festival groove to spark euphoria among thousands on Herrenacker. As part of their summer campaign, this performance underscored the band's progression from underground origins to mature festival command, transforming the urban square into a realm of collective catharsis.
