In August 2019, British punk-rock band Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes—formed in 2015 by ex-Gallows frontman Frank Carter and renowned for ferocious garage rock on End of Suffering (2019)—performed at Sziget Festival, one of Europe's largest events founded in 1993 on Budapest's Óbuda Island as a platform for alternative music emphasizing indie and punk among 400,000 attendees. Their hour-long A38 Stage set, captured in high quality, embodied their European tour climax, where chaotic breakdowns and Carter's emotive delivery intertwined with Dean Richardson's guitar riffs to evoke collective ecstasy under summer skies. This performance highlighted their genre-disrupting role, turning the island stage into a realm of rebellion and unity.
