In October 2017, during the Not in This Lifetime… Tour—the most profitable reunion of the classic lineup with Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan after a 23-year hiatus—Guns N' Roses performed at Estádio Nacional Mané Garrincha in Brasília, a 70,000-capacity arena built for the 2014 World Cup and a key venue for major concerts in Brazil. The 90-minute set, captured in high quality for the Not in This Lifetime Selects series, embodied the Latin American leg climax, where Slash's guitar riffs merged with Rose's vocal power, and covers like "Wish You Were Here" with guests amplified emotional intensity before a sold-out crowd. This show underscored their veteran status, turning the Brazilian arena into a realm of collective triumph.
