Hot Since 82, the acclaimed British DJ and producer, delivered an unforgettable deep house masterclass from the breathtaking Culture Club Revelin terrace in Dubrovnik, Croatia, as part of the renowned Cercle series. This exclusive DJ set, recorded in 2019, perfectly encapsulates Cercle's mission to blend electronic music with stunning, often historic, backdrops. Perched atop the ancient city walls of Dubrovnik, the Revelin terrace provided a spectacular setting, with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the iconic Old Town, creating an unparalleled visual and auditory experience. Known for his sophisticated productions and dynamic live performances, Hot Since 82 (Daley Padley) curated a journey through melodic house and driving techno. The set, which also served as a pre-party for the Sonus festival that year, showcased his signature sound – a blend of chunky basslines, intricate melodies, and soulful vocal samples that kept the energy high as the sun dipped below the horizon. From Mathias Kaden's "Soulmakers" to Carl Craig's "Throw," the meticulously crafted tracklist demonstrates Padley's deep understanding of the dancefloor, building an immersive atmosphere that resonated with both the live audience and viewers worldwide. This performance stands as a testament to both Hot Since 82's enduring appeal and Cercle's innovative approach to live music.
