In September 2024, American blues-rock guitarist Jackie Venson—from Austin and known for her fusion of soul, blues, and rock on albums like Joy (2019) and Evolution of Joy (2023)—performed at Ghost Note Radio, an intimate studio or venue where her show formed part of a series emphasizing guitar blues and emotive vocals. The 90-minute performance, captured in 4K quality, embodied her tour climax, where technical Gibson ES-335 solos merged with funky riffs from her band to evoke warm resonance among the audience. Featuring tracks like "Rollin' On", "Joy Alive", and blues standards covers, this show highlighted her role as a leading modern blues guitarist, turning the space into a portal of genuine guitar dialogue.
