Jamiroquai — Live Concert at North Sea Jazz Festival, Rotterdam, Netherlands, 1995

In July 1995, British acid jazz-funk band Jamiroquai—led by Jay Kay and at the peak of their tour supporting The Return of the Space Cowboy (1994), marking their breakthrough with hits like "Space Cowboy" and "Stillness in Time"—performed at North Sea Jazz Festival, the world's largest jazz event launched in 1976 in Rotterdam as a platform for jazz, funk, and soul among 70,000 at Ahoy. Their hour-long set on one of the stages, captured in high quality, embodied their European tour climax, where Stuart Zender's funky bass lines merged with Jay Kay's vocal intensity and percussion to spark euphoria under summer skies. This show highlighted their role as 90s British funk pioneers, turning the festival stage into a realm of collective groove.
