In October 2023, British neo-soul/funk band Jungle—led by Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland and at the peak of the Volcano Tour supporting Volcano (2023)—performed at Le Centquatre, a cultural center in Paris' 19th arrondissement, originally a municipal funeral service rebuilt in 2008 as a space for contemporary art and live shows with up to 2,000 capacity. Their 90-minute set on October 24, fan-recorded in high quality, embodied the European tour climax, where funky bass lines merged with vocal harmonies and percussion from the expanded band to spark euphoria before a sold-out crowd. Featuring tracks like "Us Against the World", "Candle Flame", "Back on 74", "Keep Moving", and "Busy Earnin'", this show highlighted their role as modern neo-soul pioneers, turning the center into a realm of collective groove.
