Kadavar — Live Concert at Gebäude 9 (Rockpalast), Cologne, Germany, 2012

In June 2012, Berlin-based retro-rock band Kadavar—pioneers of modern psychedelic and stoner rock with their debut album Kadavar (2012), marking their breakthrough with Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin influences—performed at Gebäude 9 in Cologne, an 800-capacity club known as an underground scene bastion. Their hour-long set on June 12, captured professionally by Rockpalast, embodied the band's nascent era, where Christoph "Lupus" Lindemann's heavy riffs merged with Christoph "Tiger" Bartelt's drum power to spark euphoria before a sold-out crowd. Featuring tracks like "All Our Thoughts", "Goddess of Dawn", "Forgotten Past", and "Creature of the Demon", this show highlighted their role in reviving 70s rock, turning the club into a realm of collective groove.
