In July 2015, Berlin-based retro-rock band Kadavar—pioneers of modern psychedelic and stoner rock with albums like Abra Kadavar (2013)—performed at Resurrection Fest, an annual heavy music festival launched in 2006 in Viveiro, Galicia, Spain, as a platform for metal emphasizing diversity among 50,000 attendees at Campo de Fútbol Celeiro. Their hour-long main stage set, captured professionally, embodied their European tour climax, where Christoph "Lupus" Lindemann's heavy riffs merged with Christoph "Tiger" Bartelt's drum power to spark euphoria under summer skies. Featuring tracks like "Doomsday Machine", "Living in Your Head", and "Creature of the Demon", this show highlighted their role in reviving 70s rock, turning the festival grounds into a realm of collective groove.
