In November 2022, British indie-rock band Kasabian—led by Sergio Pizzorno after Tom Meighan's departure and at the peak of their tour supporting The Alchemist's Euphoria (2022)—delivered an exclusive intimate concert for Radio X Presents with Barclaycard at O2 Academy Sheffield, a 2,000-capacity venue where their show formed part of a series for Radio X listeners and contest winners. The 90-minute set, captured professionally and available in full on YouTube, caught the band at full strength: Chris Edwards' pulsing guitars and Ian Matthews' drums backed Pizzorno's charisma, with the crowd singing every hit. Featuring tracks like "Club Foot", "Fire", "L.S.F.", and "You're in Love With a Psycho", this performance became a triumph of British indie-rock in an intimate format.
