In May 2022, American rock band Kings of Leon—led by Caleb Followill and at the peak of their tour supporting When You See Yourself (2021)—performed at Corona Capital Guadalajara, the Mexican edition of the festival in Guadalajara's Parque Trasloma. Their main stage set became Saturday's headlining moment alongside Blondie and The Hives before 50,000 attendees. Captured in high quality, the show caught the band at full strength: Matthew and Nathan Followill's guitar riffs backed Jared Followill's bass and Nathan's drums, while Caleb's vocals added emotional depth with southern charm. Running through "When You See Yourself, Are You Far Away", "The Bandit", "Molly's Chambers", "Sex on Fire", "Use Somebody", and "Knocked Up"—a mix of stadium rock with melancholy and energy, with the crowd singing every chorus under Mexican sun. This gig—a standout tour moment—proved their status as alternative rock kings.
