In June 2017, during the European leg of the One More Light tour—which marked Linkin Park's experimental turn to electronic and pop-rock after Meteora—the band headlined I-Days Milano, a festival launched in 2016 at Monza's Autodromo as an Italian offshoot of Rock in Rio, where their set capped the day before tens of thousands. The 90-minute performance, brimming with vibrant riffs and Chester Bennington’s emotive vocals, embodied the band's resilience, fusing nu-metal with synth textures to evoke festival catharsis. As one of the tour's final shows, it underscored their genre-pioneering role, transforming the racetrack into a realm of collective unity.
