In the lead-up to the release of their highly anticipated fifth studio album, "V," Maroon 5 delivered an electrifying performance for an exclusive iHeartRadio Album Release Party. Held at the intimate iHeartRadio Theater in Burbank, California, on August 26, 2014, the event was more than just a concert; it was a comprehensive celebration that included a Q&A session with the band, offering fans a unique glimpse into the making of their new music. The show was broadcast across the country, bringing the excitement of the live event to a massive audience.
The setlist was a masterful blend of the band's established arena-sized hits and fresh material from the forthcoming album. They kicked things off with fan favorites like "One More Night" and the classic "This Love," immediately showcasing the tight, polished pop-rock sound they are known for. The performance also served as a live preview of "V," featuring their chart-topping new single "Maps" and, most notably, the live debut of the track "It Was Always You." Frontman Adam Levine, with his signature vocal style and charismatic stage presence, guided the audience through a high-energy show that culminated in the global smash hit "Moves Like Jagger," leaving no doubt about the band's status as a powerhouse of popular music.
