Atlanta's trap pioneers, Migos, took the stage at the iconic Hot 97 Summer Jam in 2017, delivering a performance that solidified their status as superstars. Held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the festival crowd was electric, perfectly primed for the trio's signature ad-lib-heavy, triplet-flow anthems. This set came at a pivotal moment for Migos, as their fame had skyrocketed earlier in the year, and their energy on stage was unmistakable. The performance was a high-octane showcase of their chart-dominating hits, reflecting the sound that defined a significant era in modern hip-hop. Adding to the excitement, the group brought out fellow rapper Cardi B for a surprise guest appearance, creating a memorable moment for the tens of thousands of fans in attendance. The show was part of a massive lineup that included many of hip-hop's biggest names, but Migos's distinct style and stage presence left a lasting impression on the legendary festival.
