Official concert film “Off the Map” by Red Hot Chili Peppers, released in 2001. This is not a recording of a single show, but a carefully compiled edit of performances from the band’s 2000 North American Californication Tour.
The bulk of the footage was filmed on September 21, 2000 at the Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Oregon, with additional segments taken from other dates on the tour, including Grand Rapids and Hartford.
The film captures the band at one of the strongest points in their career: the reunited classic lineup with John Frusciante, a powerful sound, live covers, and deep cuts from their catalog. It features hits from Californication alongside rarer tracks and signature jams.
This is not a concert at the Grand Olympic Auditorium — it is the official “Off the Map” compilation, one of the best documents of RHCP’s live sound in the early 2000s.
