In June 2010, guitarist Slash (Saul Hudson)—at the peak of his solo tour supporting his debut album Slash (2010), his first after leaving Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver—performed at Pinkpop, Europe's oldest annual festival in Landgraaf, Netherlands. His 70-minute main stage set, backed by Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators and featuring guests like Ozzy Osbourne on "Crazy Train", embodied the tour climax, where Slash's iconic riffs merged with Kennedy's vocal power to spark euphoria among tens of thousands under summer skies. Featuring tracks like "By the Sword", "Back from Cali", and "Sweet Child o' Mine", this show highlighted Slash's role as one of rock's greatest guitarists, turning the festival stage into a realm of collective triumph.
