The German hip-hop scene was set ablaze when the duo SXTN, comprised of rappers Juju and Nura, took to the Circus Stage at the 20th edition of the legendary Splash! Festival. This 2017 performance captures the raw, unfiltered energy that made them one of the most talked-about acts in the country. From the moment they stepped on stage, the atmosphere transformed into what the original organizers described as a "madhouse," a testament to their commanding presence and the provocative power of their music.
Touring in support of their "Asozialisierungsprogramm" (A-socialization Program) EP, SXTN delivered a set filled with defiant anthems and confrontational lyrics that resonated deeply with the massive crowd. The footage showcases a sea of fans, sweaty and ecstatic, jumping in unison to every beat. Juju and Nura's chemistry is palpable as they trade verses with precision and attitude, challenging social norms and celebrating a rebellious spirit. This performance was more than just a concert; it was a cultural moment, a high-energy declaration of independence that became a defining highlight of the festival. For those who were there and for those who missed it, this video serves as a powerful reminder of SXTN's explosive impact on German rap.
