Step into an intimate setting with The Lumineers for a special performance recorded in Paris back in 2012. Captured for the 'Live@Home' series, this session showcases the band at the very cusp of their global breakthrough, fueled by the phenomenal success of their self-titled debut album. Stripped of stadium-sized production, the performance offers a raw and heartfelt look at the trio's undeniable chemistry and songwriting prowess.
The setlist is a journey through their early-career anthems. From the gentle opening of 'Flowers in Your Hair' to the world-conquering stomp-and-clap energy of 'Ho Hey,' the band delivers each song with passion and sincerity. The performance also includes fan favorites like 'Submarines' and the emotionally charged 'Stubborn Love,' highlighting Wesley Schultz's distinctive, raspy vocals and the group's tight, multi-instrumental arrangements. This session is a perfect time capsule, preserving the earnest, folk-rock charm that first endeared The Lumineers to millions. It's a beautiful reminder of their roots, capturing the pure, unvarnished magic of their music in its most essential form.
